Junior Consultant
As a Junior Consultant, you will be a "true consultant" right from day one. You will be a full-fledged member of a project team and will typically:
- Work on one or more project issues
- Conduct interviews with clients
- Prepare and participate in workshops
- Conduct market research
- Analyze data
- Present your results to your Project Manager
- Prepare presentations
You will be exposed to a wide range of projects, from which you will gain a broad range of industrial and functional experience.
To this end, you will attend several seminars, receive regular feedback on your performance, and be coached by your personal mentor.
You will soon realize that the tasks and responsibilities you are given depend solely on your performance.
