Summer Associate

The Roland Berger Summer Associate program offers to the better MBA students the opportunity to spend the summer break working as a fully integrated member of a project team, alongside other Roland Berger consultants.

For the duration of your assignment, you will have a designated mentor who will be available to give you both professional and personal advice.

Summer Associates will be expected to have the leadership skills and energy needed to take on a leading role in small client projects, or to take on responsibility for the delivery of a specific module within a larger project.

An evaluation conducted at the end of the assignment will form the basis for decisions regarding offers of permanent employment. We have a number of positions available at our offices around the world, and we will take your preferences as to location and industry into account whenever possible.
