With us, your experience abroad will be gained on the job, working on projects in our international Competence Centers or within the context of our International Exchange Programs:

• The FAST program is a long-term assignment program, targeting functional or industry experts from Senior Consultant to Partner who feel ready for an entrepreneurial challenge. It is designed to support the firm fulfilling its strategic targets around the globe. This special package will boost your career – it will be agreed on at the beginning of the transfer in a specific MbO agreement.
• FLEXX-Change is a program designed to improve international education, networking and career development. All consultants of all levels with a minimum of two years with the firm can apply for an assignment to an international office with a duration from 6-12 months on average. A decision on the applications will be taken based on the required skills, the individual fit and motivation of the applicant.
