Giovani e Business

The idea of the initiative "Giovani e Business" occurred to some young Roland Berger consultants and it aims at an exchange of experiences between two different worlds such as Work and University.

"The objective of the initiative is to show to the final-year students, which were our ambitions and our doubts towards the world of Work, as well as the first experiences, that we had to face."

"Thinking about the choice of the first job, we became aware that it was quite hard by that time to understand the differences between the possible future occupations, despite of the official presentations that several companies normally give in the universities."

"In order to help the students, we decided then to create a direct and informal communication channel between the worlds of Work and University.In order to achieve our objective we also involved some friends, employed in investment banks and multinational companies. As well as strategy consulting ,these two occupations are among the most looked after and required from young students aiming at a fast professional development, combined with excellence and international visibility."
