Talent Recognition Lab
Last edition of Talent Recognition Lab was held on October, 17th, 2008 at Bocconi University in Milan and involved 30 talents. The students, selected after a rigorous CV screening, were splitted into groups and asked to solve a strategic case, presenting their ideas in front of a Board composed by Bocconi Professors, Roland Berger Principals and Managers.
The Talent Recognition Lab, promoted by Roland Berger, aims at spreading the knowledge of the Management Syndication industry into the top Italian universities and at identifying talents to hire in the firm's Italian offices.
Talent Recognition Lab is a special event for graduated and undergraduated students interested in Consultancy. It gives the possibility to live an afternoon as a Consultant, working on a real Business Case with Roland Berger Managers developing consultancy world awareness.
What is the LAB?
The LAB events, themed business forums with the participation of outside experts held at Roland Berger’s Milan offices, are a highlight of our recruitment calendar. Attendance is by invitation only.
Why is it called LAB?

Who is the LAB for?
Young university talents motivated and inspired by a life in consultancy.
Engineering and Economics graduated and undergraduated students are welcome.
