The chosen candidates will embark on a career track that begins with a 3-6 month internship at one of Roland Berger’s European offices. At the end of the internship the rate of success is extremely high and the intern will normally stay on at the company as a Business Analyst. This brings the prospect of participating in an intense training programme with particular attention paid to honing skills in areas such as problem-solving, strategic project management, interpersonal relationships and communication, as well as reinforcing the extremely high standards of confidentiality and professional ethics expected.

Your responsibilities will include:

• data gathering and analysis
• client liaison
• preparation of report summaries.

The ideal candidate should:

• be an excellent university graduate in Business or Engineering (Master of Science degree)
• know they are joining a team where the international dimension prevails over the local
• be available to relocate according to your client’s wishes.
