Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in our organization, providing our clients with "creative strategies that work". Typically, you will:

• Be responsible for one or more project modules or even small projects
• Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels
• Guide your module members - clients and colleagues alike
• Contribute to the development of new business proposals
• Prepare presentations

You will be assigned to the widest possible range of projects, taking into account your expertise and your wishes.

You will be assigned a mentor. She/he will guide you, both personally and professionally, and will later help you find a field of specialization. Your career and your personal development will be enhanced by regular feedback rounds, evaluations, and seminars for developing soft and hard skills.

You will soon realize that the tasks and responsibilities you are given depend solely on your performance.
