Our HR management is performed by a team of young and dynamic professionals:
It all starts with our marketing efforts for recruiting top candidates from universities, business schools, and the business community. We organize more than a hundred marketing events around the world each year.

Recruiting comprises a range of tasks: Pre-selecting applicants, from interns to graduates and professionals, organizing and facilitating recruiting days, drawing up contracts, and supporting and advising candidates who have been made an offer until the point at which they sign a contract.

Human resources development encompasses the continuous development of our excellent in-house training program. We offer a wide range of seminars and supervise the annual evaluation process for all employees.

Central Staffing is responsible for bringing the best team to the client in close cooperation with project managers and with the support of a sophisticated information system for tracking consultants' expertise and availability.

Our International programms (Fast and Flexx) are designed to strengthen our worldwide network and guarantee consistent performance all over the world.
